BUILDING COMMENTS Architectural Comments: 1. Remove not for construction from the plans and specifications 2. Plans to reflect building code edition of design. Structural ( Soil Nail Plans) Comments: 1. Plans to be sealed by a registrant licensed to practice engineering in the State of Colorado 2. Plans to reflect code edition of design 3. Provide special inspection criteria on the plans per Chapters 16 and 17 of the International Building code 2012 edition Plumbing Comments: NA Mechanical Comments: NA Electrical Comments: NA PLANNING COMMENTS Reviewed and accepted FIRE COMMENTS NA PUBLIC WORKS COMMENTS Please provide a letter of approval from the Spraddle Creek HOA, allowing soils nails within the Slope Easement  and Spraddle Creek Road, Right of Way.
