replant trees by November 1 st of the following year from the date of approval. Please be prepared to provide a

This is to notify both you and the TOV that I give my permission to my duplex neighbors at 725 Forest
Road, Dunn-Algelovitch, to remove one of their cottonwood trees on their property. I'm also requesting

It was great meeting you both last week. I have completed the tree applications for the removals of the
cottonwoods on your properties. I talked to the town today and they let me know if you were both to reply all to
the email that states you give me the go ahead to remove the one tree that is on each other's properties they
would take that as a signed approval. If you both could do that I will get the approval moving.
