COM REVISED PERMIT SUMMARY MARSHALL RESIDENCE REMODEL " PROJECT#1 107 August 1, 2013 The following permit revisions are in reference to project B 12-0471 at 193 Beaver Dam Road. The revisions include significant changes to the drawings since the entire set of drawings was issued for the Revised Permit issued 3/13/13 and the structural drawings were re-issued 5/15/13 to reflect structural changes made/approved between 3/13/13 and 5/15/13. Some of the changes listed below were already reflected in the structural re- issuance 5/15/13. LANDSCAPE PLANS: -The placement of the hot tub is shown moved to the west approximately 3'from its previous location. -The hot tub details have been modified to accommodate negative edges on two sides rather than �� one, as previously represented. -Other hot tub details reflect this change. ARCHITECTURAL PLANS: 1) Sheet A2.Oa -Windows in North wall of Bedroom #4 changed to a single sliding door. -Window and door in North wall of Bedroom #I changed to a single sliding door. -Rec Room moved to North side of level and Bedroom #2 moved to South side of house. Window in newly located Bedroom #2 enlarged to meet egress requirements. -Bath #2 moved with Bedroom #2. -Powder Room added near new Rec Room location. -Kitchenette moved. Hood will exhaust to exterior through North wall of Kitchenette and will be clear of any openings as required by code. -Battery Closet added next to new Rec Room location to house solar PV batteries. Batteries do not require mechanical venting. -Electrical Closet added to East of newly relocated Bedroom #2. It will house low voltage panels and solar panel inverters. 2) Sheet A2.I a -Deck between grids 4&5 at grid as deleted. Glass guard rail similar to previously approved to be added. Will be vented through North exterior wall and will be clear of any openings as required by code. 3) Sheet A2.2 -Ridge skylight added at grid 2. -(16)solar panels added as shown. 4) Sheet A3.0 -East Elevation: -Stone height increased on East wall of Master Bedroom. -Stone removed from Master Bathroom East wall. -South Elevation: -Stone removed from Master Bathroom South wall. -Stone added to Master Bedroom South wall. 5) Sheet A3.1 -Partial East Elevation @ Bridge: -Enlarged egress window(30)from relocated Bedroom #2. -Partial West Elev @ Master Bath: -Stone deleted from Master Bath West wall. -North Elevation: -Deck between grids 4&5 at grid as deleted. Glass guard rail similar to previously approved to be added. 6) Sheet A3.2 -Stone removed from Master Bathroom South wall. -Stone added to Master Bedroom South wall. 7)Sheet A4.2 -New building sections not previously issued. STRUCTURAL PLANS: -The condenser roof on the east elevation has been revised. -The columns at grids DD/I and 2 have changed from timber to HSS 8x8's. -The entry roof framing has been revised. -A roof rake framing detail (I 7/S4.2) has been added for the south wall of the master bedroom. MEP PLANS: -Minor change to layout of condensing units. -Minor ducting changes. -Lower level ducting changes. -Addition of spa boiler heating system.
