require Design Review approval. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on-line at
www.vailgov.com under Vail Information—Town Code On-line (Title 11 Signs). An application for Design
Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development
Department. Design Review approval lapses unless sign is installed within one year of the approval.

It is my understanding that our Tenant, Coldwell Banker Distinctive Property, would like to
change the sign outside the Building referenced above.
It is also my understanding that the sign will be exactly the same dimensions as the current sign
and will not be changing in size or location.
I am aware of the changes requested to the current Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties sign
and approve of same.
