Re: Scope of Work: Riverhouse #4, 83 Willow Place
Riverhouse #4 is being remodeled. The Unit will need to have smoke detection (3
devices) added to the three Bedrooms (currently there is a Hallway Smoke and a Living
Room Smoke). We will take advantage of the open walls to provide new wire
throughout the Unit. Additionally, two CO detector locations (the Hallway outside the
Bedrooms and the Living Room) will be prewired. The current Silent Knight FACP will
not support the addition of monitored CO detectors, but everything within the Unit will
be ready for when the FACP is replaced.
All work will be done under NFPA 72 (2013) and Vail Fire Department guidelines, with
inspections following prewire and final.
