To Whom it May Concern,
This submittal is for changes to approved plans for the remodel and minor addition to
an existing residence built in 1992 at 193 Beaver Dam Road.
The following is a list of changes since the Final DRB approved drawings and various
changes approved by the DRB.
Architectural Drawings:
1) Sheet A2.0a:
-The windows in the North wall of the Rec Room have changed to doors.
2) Sheet A2.0b
-The windows in the South and East wall of Bedroom #3 have been deleted (see
elevations).
-The window in Bath #3 has been enlarged (see elevations).
3) Sheet A2.1a:
-The deck on the North side of the Living Room has been deleted (see elevations).
-The door/windows at the Entry have been modified (see elevations)
4) Sheet A2.1b:
-High window added in North wall of Master Entry (see elevation).
-Window added in West wall of Master Bedroom (see elevation).
5) Sheet A3.0:
East:
-The window in the East wall of Bedroom #3 has been deleted.
