Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be perFormed for the remodel at Lions Square Lodge
Square Lodge Unit 753. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA
standards adopted by Vail Fire Department and Installation standards. We will be pulling new
wire throughout the unit. New smoke detectors will be installed in each bedroom, the entry
the living room area, top of stairs and the upper bedroom. The entry device, living room
device and top of stairs device will be multi-criteria FCO-851 devices, which incorporate the
CO detector. Each device will be mounted on a B200S addressable sounder base. This
base provides the temporal three notification for both the local alarm and the general alarm
function and temporal four for the CO alarm activation. We will be installing electrical boxes
at each of these locations, center of the room. These devices will be added to the current
main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 control panel located in the closet
behind the front desk.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire to schedule a final
fire alarm test of the remodeled area.
