The plan is compatible with diagrams included in the “Consent to Encroachment” agreement dated 31 August 1993. As you can see the configuration is basically the same as the existing configuration with the exception of curving a ramped walkway and grading to the north of the ramp to accommodate a Holy Cross boom truck. Please review and let me know if this is acceptable to VR. I am available to meet on site to review either this Friday late am or early pm, or next Tuesday. Thank you. Please provide top-of-wall and bottom-of-wall elevations. At the ladder (east of the transformer), the top of wall is 8126.4, bottom of wall at 8123 at transformer. The top of the wall to the north of the transformer slopes from 8126.6 to 8127.1. To the south of the transformer there is an existing concrete block retaining wall that is to remain. 2)Does this wall turn and go under the raised waling deck to El Sabor thus creating the new planter bed? Yes, the wall turns northeast and runs out to the northeast end of the bridge thereby creating the new planter bed. 3)Why do you show a boom truck footprint on the plan? Required by Holy Cross to pick the transformer in the event it needs to be replaced. 4)Please provide a plan/exhibit which shows this improvement in relationship to the property line. Please see attached civil drawing showing property line (solid) running along the east face of the East project. 5)Is the path to be heated? Yes, hydronically heated.
