Installation of the following: • Custom prefinished metal drip edge at all roof perimeters. (Color Charcoal.) • Ice and Water Shield over entire roof area and up sidewalls. • DaVinci Bellaforte shakes with three(3)nail base with 12.1 R value on the back of the unit only. (Color Harbor Grey) • Vent ridge. On both front and back roofs install three (3)rows of snow trappers 2' on center. (70 Total)
