Town Code sections can be found at www va�laov com under Vail Information-Town Code Online. All projects requinng
design review must receive approval prior to submitting a buiiding permit appliqtion, An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required infom�ation is received by the Community Development Depanment, as outlined in
