Field Report
The following items were observed:
The purpose of this meeting was to make a final framing inspection and to specifically scrutinize the penetrations
that have been made through framing members. I also inspected the installation of remedies that I specified in a few
locations where excessive penetrations were made in joists and beams.
I have determined that these units have been framed per the plans certified by this office. Furthermore,I confirmed
that the remedial details that I coordinated with Trent Hubbard have been installed per my specifications. I did not
see any additional locations where penetrations in the framing would require reinforcement.
