To approve an existing closet constructed by the prior owner that replaced a three sided wood storage closet that was constructed as part of a deck replacement that was a permitted undertaking through the TOV. Please see photos included in this application. 2. Request to enclose existing bedroom deck on upper level north side of property with the removal of slider door and replacing with 4 windows.
