Gentlemen,
In addition to the structural site visits by Monroe & Newell Engineers, we also conducted site visits
for the 45 Forest Road Grotto Room/Indoor Pool Addition being constructed under the separate
Building Permit # referenced above.
Our site visits included observations of work in progress and including some excavation, footing
and other underpinning reinforcement for the building’s foundation and pool construction.
The work we observed appears to be in general compliance with the Construction Documents
prepared by VMDA which were also prepared to conform to the requirements of the International
Building Code.
The work in place appears to be constructed in compliance with all Construction Documents for
the new pool within the ongoing construction of the refurbishment and expansion of the building.
