either di�itally ar o� paper. Whichever method you select ail materials shaii be submitted in that formai throughaut tha
Deesign Re�iew process. The Town encourages you ta consider using the submittai af digitai documents and pians.

Changes have been made to the DRB approved plans, which consist of;
1. The entire building has been raised 1 '-0" on the lot to allow for proper grading and
drainage of the site.
a. The building is still within the allowed height limit.
2. The patio on the south side at the upper level has been eliminated.
3. The exterior stairs on the east side of the building the connect the deck to the patio have
been eliminated.
4. The boulder walls have been revised to be a maximum height of 4'-0".See attached
Civil Engineering drawings.
No other changes to the approved plans have been made.
