Re: Replacement of two downhill lower windows per previous discussion earlier
This year.
Warren,
Attached please find what I hope is all of the information that you need to provide a
permit for me to replace the two windows in my two lower bedrooms with the same
make &model that the Bigsby's (West half of duplex) have already used to replace
theirs.
One of these will replace the window air conditioner currently hanging out of the
original window frame (AC will be entirely removed) and the other will replace the
window in the adjacent bedroom which is so old that it has trouble closing (frame
has swelled up). Trim color around the windows will be in the same red color as
used by the Bigsby's which matches the red trim used around all my other windows.
Final frame around the window (outside of this trim) will be painted the same color
as the house siding (I believe it is called briarwood -the greyish color used on all
the siding around the house).
Both of these windows are the type which the bottom half opens up to provide an
exit path from either downstairs bedrooms if needed.
These are the only two windows that I have of this type and the only two windows
which I plan on replacing.
Please let me know if there is anything else that you need from me in this
application.
