Enclosed is the heat-loss and Hydronic system design for the Braun Residence This design uses a Triangle Tube 110 to heat 8 zones of Runtal baseboard. This boiler will also supply a DHW source via a Triangle Tube Smart 80. The size of the indirect was specified. Please advise if it needs to be changed. This is a simple design, running a single temperature of 140F throughout the house on a design day of-20F. Please advise again that this system is running at 140 degrees instead of the standard 180 degrees. This is in order for the boiler to condense and therefore make the system more efficient. The lengths of baseboard are listed per room on your mechanical summary as well as on the bid. Please note that all insulation values, wall/ceiling heights, and floor coverings were taken directly off of the plans. Please advise if any of these are going to be altered. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve your heating needs. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me any time.
