Changes to Approved Plans
Sonem| Information: This application is for all changes to approved plans prior to Certificate of Occupancy. An applica-
tion for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community development De-
partment. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, un|onn a building permit is issued and
/
construction commences.
Submittal Requirements:
The Town of Vail offers two (2) methods for submittal of materials for review of applications. Materials can bosubmitted
either digitally oron paper. Whichever method you select all materials shall be submitted in that format throughout the
Design Review process. The Town encourages you to consider using the submittal of digital documents and plans.
If submitting digitally all o|omontx of the application shall be uploaded to the Town's share file site an a complete sot of
materials. If submitting paper three (3) copies of the materials noted with an asterisk and one (1) copy of all others
are required. The materials necessary to have a complete application are as follows:
1. Copies of all pertinent approved plans with illustrated, labeled changes.
2. Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter, if applicable.

The following quotation is for the design and installation of a roof mounted, grid-tied, photovoltaic(PV) system to
be located on the roof of the Neilds Residence at 763 Potato Patch Dr.#3,in Vail,CO 81657.
System Size: 6.25kW
Estimated Production: 8,325kWh/year(based on PV Watts/not including shading)
Estimated Offset: 99%of provided electrical usage(91%offset with a 12%reduction in output from snow)
System Layout: Panel Arrangement:5 columns of 5 panels oriented in the landscape position,on the
east facing roof split around the existing thermal system
