Dear Mr.Adelman,
On June 28, 2013 you submitted an application for antennae upgrades in Vail. We
advised you that we needed the HOA sign-off in order to send the application on for
further review.
On July 15, 2013 1 called you and left a message that we still needed the HOA sign-off
in order to send the application on for further review.
On August 07, 2013 1 called you and left a message again and stated that you would
need to call me by Friday August 09, 2013 or I would void your application. You
returned my call that day and stated that you would be getting the needed sign-off. I
also gave you the name of the attorney that had signed off for the HOA previously so
that you could contact him.
As of today I have not heard back nor have we received the HOA sign-off. I am now
returning the application and check to you until you have the required sign-off and, at
that point, you may resubmit the application. If you choose to fill out a new application
please include a copy of the original application as it has a DRB number already
assigned to it.
