7, Exact placement and shape of planting beds shall be reviewed by Landscape Designer priar to

The Contractor musfi certify that a(I planfi material is free of pests and disease. The Gontractor
must warranty all plant materials far health and prop�r installation for a period of on� year after
installation per their contract.

spray irrig�ted. A permanent irrigatian system is required.
