Re: Anderson Residence (1160 Sandstone Dr.) Scope of Work
The existing Moose Z1100 alarm control panel is out of date and will need to be
replaced by a Honeywell Vista-128BPT in order to add monitored CO detection to the
home. The home will need six CO devices to meet code requirements for placement.
Additionally two areas have been identified that will need smoke detection, and two
area will need heat detection. See plans for existing device placement and devices to
be added.
All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail guidelines. All devices will
be installed per manufacturer's instructions and will be tested 100% and inspected by
the Vail Fire Department. The value of our work is $3210.
