Lionshead Cr. Unit # 5-B Vail, Cn. The purpose of the inspection/survey was to loc;atc and sample suspected Asbestos containing materials that might be pcesent in the area of the Residence that is planned for selective interior renovation. The inspection was made, and the samples were coliected by John R. Pctcrman, an A.H.E.R.A. and State of Colorado Certified Asbcstos Irtspector. Cireat care was taken during the inspection and sampling to be as accurate as possibfe. [t should be noted that minimal damagc was done to the existing buildin�structures durins the inspection so there is no documentation for unseen conditions or stored items. All samples were analyzed by UCM Science Lab in Wheatridge, CO. This laboratory is deemed "Proftcient" in the E.P.A.Qua[ity Assurance (QA) program for the dcternnination of asbestos in bulk materials, and is s�ceredited by the Am�rican ��ygiene Association (AHA). SAMPLING PROT�COL: � A random sampling sCheme was used to sample the suspcct materials that � were disc;overed.
