Dear Warren,ഀ
We had an awning collapse onto a second floor deck and the stairs leading up to theഀ
second floor. Part of the railing on the second floor deck was smashed and the existingഀ
stairs are slightly unstable. Thank god no one was on the stairs or deck when the awningഀ
collapsed.ഀ
We are talking with Matt Bomer of Bomer construction to complete the following repairsഀ
as drawn on the attached drawings. The repairs as drawn actually relocate the stairs andഀ
reduce the size of the awning so as to eliminate any possible encroachment into theഀ
shaded easement that runs in front of our house.ഀ
Please feel free to call Matt Bomer (cell - 970-688-1872) if you have any questionsഀ
concerning the specifics of the repair. We are hoping to begin the repairs relativelyഀ
quickly because there is a bit of a safety hazard with no awning, railing and the looseഀ
stairs.ഀ
