Part of the railing on the second floor deck was smashed and the existing਍ഀ stairs are slightly unstable. Thank god no one was on the stairs or deck when the awning਍ഀ collapsed.਍ഀ We are talking with Matt Bomer of Bomer construction to complete the following repairs਍ഀ as drawn on the attached drawings. The repairs as drawn actually relocate the stairs and਍ഀ reduce the size of the awning so as to eliminate any possible encroachment into the਍ഀ shaded easement that runs in front of our house.਍ഀ Please feel free to call Matt Bomer (cell - 970-688-1872) if you have any questions਍ഀ concerning the specifics of the repair.
