1 Revise plans to provide an emergency escape window per IRC R310 for the upper level bedroom
2 Revise stairway winding treads to provide a minimum 6" tread at the inside corner and show equal
winder tread dimensions per IRC R311.7.4.2
3 Show stairway handrail at main level floor plan.
4 Door 001 is not permitted as shown. A minimum 36" landing is required at the bottom of the stairway.
