Installation of the following: • Kynar finished drip edge and rake as needed. • 30 ]b. felt over all mansard surface's. • ELK Versa Shield to achieve"Class A"fire rating. • DaVinci shake Classic in a random width and no stagger pattern. (Color to be Tahoe.) All materials will be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer installation speci�cations. Roof decking and siding: We will inspect the roof decking. Damaged roof decking will be replaced on a time and material plus ten(10)percent basis. Siding will be removed and any damaged siding will be replaced on a time � and material plus ten(10)percent basis. Building Permit: We will apply for the building permit. If required,this cost will be invoiced additionally. LABOR AND MATERIALS WILL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF TWO(2)YEARS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF COMPLETION.
