(DSC) eanductE�d a limited asbestos ins�ection and collec[ed asbestos bulk-sam}�les oF suspect ����st�estos-containing n��aterials (ACM) withii7 Unit 17 of the Coldstream condos located at 1476 West Haven Dr, Vail, Color•ado. The purpose of the limited insp�ction was to identiFy ai�d sarnple potentialfy hazardous friable and non- friable ACM that may be irripacted hy upcomin�construction/ remod�ling arAtivities. 2.0 Scope of Work The scope oF the limiced inspeetion and bulk-sampling was limited to sE�ecific areas oF the residence detined by the cot�structic�n cornpany. These areas inclueleci thc tnain level }citrhen/laundry room, stairwell and up�er level tt�aster bedre�om. The remaining areas �vithin t}�e resiclence ar garage ar any out-huilding on the property ��ere not included in the scoE:ae of the insp��ction.
