Comments COMMENTS The enclosed drawings have been revised per the comments from the meeting with Joe Batcheller on September 5'"and an e-mail sent on September 13t" -The landscape plan was revised per comments from meeting to show a connection between the landscape areas to the east of the spa. -The spa is now shown to be 80 SF, this was additional area was made up with a reduction of the driveway with by V-6" at the guest parking. -Sheet A2.1 shows the revised are calcs per the revisions to the roofs and fireplaces. -The demo plan sheet A2.2 was added to clearly show which trees are being removed -The driveway was re-graded to show 8% slope for the first 10' of driveway -The roof was revised over the master wing to be a shed roof. -The fireplace was flipped at the living room and the windows enlarged -A window was added to the attic space off of Allie's bedroom.
