ENCLOSED (1) Set of Revised 30x42 drawings per the T.O.V. Comments
COMMENTS The enclosed drawings have been revised per the comments from the
meeting with Joe Batcheller on September 5'"and an e-mail sent on
September 13t"
-The landscape plan was revised per comments from meeting to show a
connection between the landscape areas to the east of the spa.
-The spa is now shown to be 80 SF, this was additional area was made up
with a reduction of the driveway with by V-6" at the guest parking.
-Sheet A2.1 shows the revised are calcs per the revisions to the roofs and
fireplaces.
-The demo plan sheet A2.2 was added to clearly show which trees are being
removed
-The driveway was re-graded to show 8% slope for the first 10' of driveway
-The roof was revised over the master wing to be a shed roof.
-The fireplace was flipped at the living room and the windows enlarged
-A window was added to the attic space off of Allie's bedroom.
