A. Murphy bed indicated on plans has been removed. It was drawn only as an indicator for size
representation for the client. This room is designated as a storage area only.
B. There is no energy compliance needed in the garage area. No conditioned space.

C. Homeowner understands the town doesn't allow"vent less" gas appliances and would like to file
an appeal and meet with the DRB.

D. There will be no plumbing fixtures in the garage thus eliminating heating requirements. The
plans have been changed to reflect this.
