It was drawn only as an indicator for size representation for the client. This room is designated as a storage area only. B. There is no energy compliance needed in the garage area. No conditioned space. Plumbina Comments: Sheet ID1 C. Homeowner understands the town doesn't allow"vent less" gas appliances and would like to file an appeal and meet with the DRB. Mechanical Comments: Sheet ID2 D. There will be no plumbing fixtures in the garage thus eliminating heating requirements. The plans have been changed to reflect this. Electrical Comments: SheetlD1 E.
