WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES for breach of any warranty associated with the insulation. Our liability shall in no event exceed the cost of the materials set forth herein. We cannot and shall not be liable to you for the breach of any other express warranties, such as those given to you by other dealers, contractors, applicators, distributors or manufactures. Your exclusively remedy with respect to defective materials provided by us shall be repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective materials.
