Re: PEC 07-0060 – CUP for public utilities installation
Dear Mike,
This letter is to inform you that your Conditional Use Permit application
to install public utilities at 169 North Frontage Road West, Vail (Sprint Tower) was approved at the October 8, 2007 Planning and Environmental Commission with the following condition:
The
rusty elements on the tower shall be painted and maintained.
The applicant shall remove any obsolete telecommunications equipment from the Sprint Tower prior to requesting final Town
of Vail construction inspection.
The conditional use permit is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail design review approval for this proposal.
