explanation of how you are an "aggrieved or adversely atfected person."
For thirty years, Holiday House Gondominium Associatian {now dlbla Nine Vail Road
Condomin3ums) has shared a par�cing area with Noliday Inn/Chateau Vail. This parking area,
designed for the use of both properties, includes four parking spaces and maneuvering space on
Nene Vail Road's prope�ty with access through a driveway on Floliday InnlChateau Vail propeety.
The Faur Seasons' plan for redevelopment eliminates the driveway and, thus, the access to#he
parking area on Nine Vail Road's property. To facilitate the de�elopment Qf the Faur Seasons,
�line Vail Road Condominium Association has agreed to relocate its four parking spaces. VlJhile
four parking space5 will fit in an area adjacent to Nine Vail Road's garage entry on Meadow
Drive, a Wariance is required to locate these spaces in a °front setback." F'EC has denied IVine
Vail Ro�d the opportunity to relocate all four currentiy existing parking spaces on its praperty,
instead requiring that two spaces be focated off-sit�.
