Roof is to be replaced with the same roof that exists currently:
New roofing is needed just where the sloped glazing is be removed but the new
and old roofing will not match due to sun exposure so the west facing roof will be
replaced.
Roof Specifications:
• Carlisle Wip 300 HT over pitched roof area, according to manufacturer's
specifications.
• 24 Gauge Pre-finished Standing Seam Panels (Berridge or Equal) steel sheet
formed with vertical ribs symmetrically spaced at 24" width exposure and
1.5" high seams to match existing. The color will be Kynar pre-finished
Copper Cote to match adjacent roof.
• Install 2 courses S-5 Color Guard Aluminum snow-guard system. The snow
fence will be installed per manufacturer's specifications.
• Install 5" K 26 Gauge pre-finished Kynar gutters and one 26 Gauge pre-
finished Kynar downspout. Color to be selected from the manufacturers
standard color chart.
• Install a single strand of Heat Tape inside all Gutters and Downspouts
(Raychem 220 volt or equal). Supply a power connection kit. Price for heat
tape is based on the J boxes being located at the bottom of the
downspouts.

For such samples,more sensitive analytical methods(e.g.TEM,SEM,and XRD)are recommended if greater certainty about asbestos content is required. Semi-quantitative bulk TEM
floor tile analysis is accepted under NESHAP regulations.
♦ These results are submitted pursuant to Aerobiology Laboratory Associates,Inc.'s current terms and conditions of sale,including the company's standard warranty and limitation
of liability provisions. No responsibility or liability is assumed for the manner in which the results are used or interpreted.
