Following the process of getting through the DRB 1 was gathering bids from builders. I had chosen a builder and was going to meet and sign a contract, when I got to sign the contract the bid had changed and a bunch of fees had been added. In addition to that when I was in your office on Wednesday I found out the builder had also lied about the permit amount which clearly stated that he took no commission on was double the actual cost Caroline gave me a rough estimate on Wednesday. By the time I could get another builder it was too late to dig and pour a foundation without adding a large cost to the project so the project was postponed. I started a business in the Valley Four Years ago and have been reinvesting into my business and the funds for my remodel were reinvested into my business. Now that I have the savings to start the project I am asking for a Change in Contractors and to re- instate the permit.
