I have reviewed the Rockfall Hazard information provided by Mr. Jonathan Spence as it pertains to the
referenced project and building site. The new duplex building is in conformance with the referenced
Rockfall Hazard requirements when considering the location and configuration of the new building and
its site relative to the surrounding terrain features.
