Reviewed Nicole’s checklist. Items to be REMOVED from list and not completed:
- Property
and setback lines
- Existing and proposed easements
- Existing and proposed grades
- Location of utilities and service lines
- Surface drainage
- Retaining walls

Everything
else on the checklist will be completed. The existing site plan will be used to complete many items on the list – the areas to be renovated and added will be noted on this plan.

Overall
drawing clean up will be completed as well as checklist items by Monday, May 4, 2009 at 5 pm and be sent to the Town. Please have the revised drawings to the ComDev office by 5pm Monday.
A new set of drawings will be dropped off Tuesday morning.

Changes to set include:
Removing hatch from new deck (sq ft to remain, add callout)
Update roof plan (remove
hatches and some notes, add dimensions to 3 roof planes)
Separate sheets to show 250 and interior conversion calculation
Existing attic space to be shown on 3rd level plan
Add section
view into set (callout int. conversion and 250)
Note tree to be removed (nuisance tree) – Please include and label any landscaping changes on the site plan. Thanks!

It was determined
that a 250 with an interior conversion will be pursued. This requires only a DRB submittal.
Claggett Ray bay window will require a PEC submittal (already provided to TOV)
It was established
that the new dormer will not protrude higher then the existing ridge line.
In this zone district, there is no grfa calculation for vaulted spaces above 16’.
