Areas, Vail Town Code), by the Town of Vail Community Development Department, prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
Certificate of Occupancy:
3.The applicant shall record a plat of the property, including an approved drainage
easement, prior to the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, or
Certificate of Occupancy.
