NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on August 24, 2009, at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building, in
consideration of:
A request for a final review of a major exterior alteration, pursuant to Section 12-7H-7,
Exterior Alterations or Modifications; and requests for conditional use permits, pursuant
to Section 12-7H-2, Permitted and Conditional Uses, Basement or Garden Level;
Section 12-7M-3, Permitted and �onditional Uses, First Floor or Street Level; 12-7H-4,
Permitted and Conditional Uses; Second Floor and Above, Vail Town Code, to allow for
the redevelopment of the Evergreen Lodge, with accommodation units and conference
facilities and meeting rooms on the basement or garden level, accommodation units and
conference facilities and meetings rooms on the first floor or street level, and eating and
drinking establishment and a fractional fee club on the second floor and above, located
at 250 South Frontage Road West/Lot 2, Block 1, Vail Lionshead Filing 2, and setting
