CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFYING ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, STRUCTURAL DOCUMENTS, MUNICIPAL AND /OR COUNTY ZONING CODES, PERTINENT IRC 2006 CODE REQUIREMENTS, AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, DESIGN, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND APPROVAL BY OWNER AND ARCHITECT. COPYRIGHT RESERVATION: THE DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE ARCHITECT FOR THIS PROJECT ARE INSTRUMENTS OF THE ARCHITECT'S SERVICE FOR USE SOLELY WITH RESPECT TO THIS PROJECT AND, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN WRITING, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE DEEMED THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE AUTHOR OF THESE DOCUMENTS AND SHALL RETAIN, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE COPYRIGHT HEREOF.
