Window schedule: notes added to exterior elevations to identify: - Identify Egress windows= E - Identify windows requiring Tempered glazing. =T Windows with in 6' of tubs required tempered windows Windows with in 24" of finished interior floors AND above 72" of exterior grade are required to have fall barrier. No windows have these criteria. - Modify "U" values to be .30, spec section 08550 wood windows modified. 2. Stone details: - Add note regarding weep holes 6" min. above grade to all stone (base) details, added to details 4.05 /4.07/4.09 3. Exterior Guardrail, all details - <4" dimension from bottom rail to stone, needs to state "less than 4" - Modified dimension on details 5.01 /5.02/ 5.03/5.05/5.06/5.07 4. Exterior Guardrail detail—5.01 - Connection detail—per structural response drawings and letter - Structural engineer to specify glass thickness - per structural response drawings and letter. 5. Exterior Guardrail detail—5.03 /S3.2 (sec. 7) (chapter 16) - These details need to be consistent, 5.03 correct. 6. Exterior handrail detail—detail 5.04 has been modified. - 1" dimension needs to grow to 1 %" - Ease corners = .01" R311.7.7.3 Grip-size. All required handrails shall be of one of the following types or provide equivalent graspability P.970.479.9990 12 Vail Road,Suite 700,Vail,GO 81657 I 1. Type I. Handrails with a circular cross section shall have an outside diameter ofat least 11/4 inches (32 mm) and not greater than 2 inches (51 mm). If the handrail is not circular, it shall have a perimeter dimension of at least 4 inches (102 mm) Details 5.04 is 4" and not greater than 61/4 inches (160 mm) with a maximum cross section of dimension of 2 1/4 inches Details 5.04 is 2 1/4" (57 mm). Edges shall have a minimum radius of 0.01 inch (0.25 mm). 7. Missing entry bridge detail: see revised details 4.05 /9.03 8. Roof Eave detail-revised details 6.01/ 6.02/6.05 / 6.06 - Added note: "Special inspection required for hybrid insulation system" 9. Typical Valley detail -7.07 - Revised "wood shakes' note to "Synthetic shakes' 10. Door/window "I" beam header-revised detail 8.21 - Remove packed out beam with wood, leave top and bottom plates F - Add foam insulation to created void space at steel beams. 11. Spec: doors and windows - Maximum "U"value to be .30, spec section 08550 wood windows modified. 12. Pool barrier: Site plan A1.2 and A2.3, added gate at west stairs - Need to add 48" tall gate at bottom of west deck stairs with approved latch, Magna. 13. Railing at pool/spa: detail 5.01 and sheet A5.2 show locations of glass. 14. Required detail at Rotunda water feature: sheet 1-1.0, detail "A". 15. Coordinated ad,clitional detail at entry stone bridge: revised details 4.05/9.03 16. Tempered glass at wine cave. Added note to sheet A2.3, floor plans. 17.
