PLUMBING AND HEATING PROPOSAL
TYPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Replace boiler and water heater, which includes replacing all boiler parts: auto-
fill, backflow, expansion tank, glycol (antifreeze) and thermostat.
2. Price includes replacing gas water heater
3. This includes materials and labor to get heat and hot water on line.
4. All materials and workmanship supplied by Mechanical Express warranted for one
(1) year upon completion.
5. NOTE: Vail Racquet Club will supply the Boiler to Unit. The Boiler warranty
comes from the Racquet Club. Everything else is warranted through Mechanical
Express
We propose, hereby,to furnish materials and labor—complete in accordance with the
above specifications for the sum of$2,375.00 plus Town of Vail fees and inspections,
plus $700.00 from Steve Loftus for boiler. This will revise the total to $3,075.00 plus the
Town of Vail fees.
