Changes to Approved Plans
General lnformation: This application is for all changes to approved plans prior to Certificate of Occupancy. An applica-
tion for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community development De-
partment. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and
construction commences.
Submittal Requirements:
The Town of Vail offers two(2)methods for submittal of materials for review of applications. Materials can be submitted
either digitally or on paper. Whichever method you select all materials shall be submitted in that format throughout the
Design Review process. The Town encourages you to consider using the submittal of digital documents and plans.
If submitting digitally all elements of the application shall be uploaded to the Town's share file site as a complete set of
materials. If submitting paper three (3) copies of the materials noted with an asterisk (")and one (1) copy of all others
are required. The materials necessary to have a complete application are as follows:
1. Copies of all pertinent approved plans with illustrated, labeled changes.
2.Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter, if applicable.

Hi Brooks,
The Town of Vail has altered their requirement for the spa enclosure.
Attached please_find the most recent design concept. They are requesting
my HOA sign off on it.
I apologize for the necessity of bothering you again with this alteration and
sincerely hope it is their final go round of what they want. I am most exasperated.
In regards to the design, the stone will match the house and addition plantings
will be included so as not to interfere with the path at the south end of the property.
Their design definitely increased the size of the enclosure so I won't be able to
determine how much planting until the project it completed, if that is agreeable.
The length of this process is seriously impeding my ability to execute it this fall.
Obviously the later it gets the more weather becomes a factor.

I think this is it. Apparently she did not get the account set up for
doing the final signing with the program. I sent back to myself and
could actually view it. I changed the Shingles to what they have in
stock at Gulf Eagle Supply in Gypsum so I think that part is covered
for the "Approved" shingles.
As far as the inset of the hinged lid. This might be a field change
based on how to build this properly with the least amount of
aggravation to actually use the hinge feature. As far as look of the
structure I will make it look as close as possible and if it starts
getting to far off from the drawing I will get up with you for your
opinion.
