This is a Electrical Load report for the Vail Community Development Office
for the remodel at 401 Lions Maine working for Paul Joeckel the owner. My
company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my name is Michael Koenen.
The property has multiple units. The remodel has its own meter. The meter
has a 125 amp main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a 1/0 SER wire from
the meter.
The only power requirements we are adding are changing the electric
base board heaters. In the kitchen there are 2 six foot baseboard heaters and
we will replace them with a 1000 watt toe kick heater and a four foot base
board heater. This will not add any power. The only other changes are
removing some walls where no power is added. The old baseboard heaters
will be replaced by hydronic heaters which will save energy.
With the changes there should be an energy savings.
