The Sweet Spot exterior signage will be consistent in design with other signs in this particular building breezeway. 2. The sign will be made of a machined cedar material and painted to reflect the colors indicated. The colors are light and fun to signify that this location is a candy store. Actual painted colors will more than likely appear darker than the printed paper illustration. 3. The sign will measure approximately 2 feet x 2 feet and be about 2" in thickness. 4. The sign will be Two Sided and you will see the same image from both sides. S. The sign will hang away from the building as the other signs in the breezeway. A picture of an existing bracket is shown. A similar braket will be used to hang this sign. I have downloaded a JPG to this file so you can see the basic color. Although its a computer color it should give you a pretty good idea, but the actually painted blue might be a little darker. As a reference, it is very close the color in your TOWN of VAIL logo of the sky. 2. The machined cedar is more a "composite" material. Its basically a block and then is machined on a mill to create the 3 -D detail. Then it is painted. I have attached an example below. The sign starts as a basic block of composite cedar, then milled/machined down to create the lettering, images,etc... then the sign is painted. It makes a nice looking sign and in my situation it is two sided. 3. I will not use lighting. None of the other Tenants in the corridor have a lighted sign because the corridor itself is lighted. Let me know if that information will work for you? Please send a color version of that if you would. * What is "machined cedar material "? Actual cedar, or a composite material? * Will lighting be needed; and if so, what are you proposing (i.e. a spec sheet)?
