We have no formal agreement. The 40K is a deposit for all fees related to the node sites. So, these
fees should be coming out of
the 40k. The only item separate was the hub site.
Either way, we can't go back to Crown and tell them the 40k was only for public way permits and NOT
for DRB permits. They are both
related to the nodes ... it's just that a few are mounted on buildings instead of poles, and thus require
an additional permit.

My understanding is the $40,000 deposit is for public way permits only and is based on our estimate of
what those permits may cost with adjustment to be made later. Tom and Ron - is that your
understanding?
Com Dev fees, I thought, would be paid as permits are issued. I also thought the majority had already
been paid last week. Ron, can you help us out here?

Crown Castle has deposited $40k with the Town of Vail to draw against for upcoming review/permit
fees. Let me know what you need to draw the $500 DRB review fees from that account.
