Also, I do not know if I am required to make the following request, because of two reasons; first there was a hot tub Jacuzzi in the same location previously and second I am not sure the HOA requires I ask for consent of the following, however it will not hurt to do so: I request approval, if I am required to make such a request, that I am given permission to install a hot tub Jacuzzi on the east side of my deck under the overhang. This is the location of a previous built-in hot tube Jacuzzi, although the model I have chosen is not built in. The Jacuzzi will not be visible from Casolar street nor the street below.
