Eric Johnson Arch PC has inspected the mounting of the zilla anchor system to the above project.
I observed that the anchors were correctly installed over the bituthane ice and water guard membrane and into solid
structure below.
I also noted the anchors were re flashed with bituthane membrane subsequently.
It is my understanding this installation and inspection are part of the permit process.
If you have futher questions need additional. larification or see the process differently please write or call.
