An applica- tion for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community development De- partment. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and construction commences. Submittal Requirements: The Town of Vail offers two (2) methods for submittal of materials for review of applications. Materials can be submitted either digitally or on paper. Whichever method you select all materials shall be submitted in that format throughout the Design Review process. The Town encourages you to consider using the submittal of digital documents and plans. If submitting digitally all elements of the application shall be uploaded to the Town's share file site as a complete set of materials. If submitting paper three (3) copies of the materials noted with an asterisk (`) and one (1) copy of all others are required. The materials necessary to have a complete application are as follows: 1. Copies of all pertinent approved plans with illustrated, labeled changes. 2.Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter, if applicable. These three items are summarized below: I. We are proposing locating a bear proof trash enclosure at the West elevation- adjacent to the Garage. This enclosure would be clad in VM Zinc- "Anthrazinc" metal panels to match the roof panels. We have this located at the west alongside a CT Disconnect Box for the house. The CT Disconnect's size and access to the elec panels resulted in the lower planter walls being omitted from previous submittal. The grade has been revised to maintain less than 33'-0" from Upper level roof peak to grade. 2. The trellis design has evolved from a linear grid (previous submittal) to a serpentine branch in plan. The material and color will be steel painted black. 3. The Roof elevation at the East wing of the house- Living/ Kitchen and Dining areas was raised 4". We went from 8235'-6" to 8235'-10".
