MARSHALL RESIDENCE REMODEL

To Whom it May Concern,
This submittal is for changes to approved plans for the remodel and minor addition to an existing residence built
in 1992 at 193 Beaver Dam Road.
The following is a list of changes since the Final DRB approved drawings and various changes approved by the
DRB.
Architectural Drawings:
1) Sheet A2.2:
-The skylight on the upper roof near grids I and 3 has been deleted.
-The solar PV panels previously approved on this upper roof have been modified in location and quantity.
-The solar PV panels previously approved on the roof between grids 6 and 7 have been deleted.
2) Sheet A3.0:
South:
-The skylight on the upper roof near grids I and 3 has been deleted.
-New windows will be installed on the wall below the skylights near grid 2. These are similar to windows
previously approved in this location.
-The solar PV panels previously approved on the upper roof have been modified in location and quantity.
-The solar PV panels previously approved on the roof between grids 6 and 7 have been deleted.

3) Sheet A3,1:
North Elevation:
-The skylight on the upper roof near grids I and 3 has been deleted.
-New windows will be installed on the wall below the skylights near grid 2. These are similar to windows
previously approved in this location.
