Please submit the following additional informatinn to complete the application and to allaw for the final review of the deck proposal: 1. Tit1e Report, schedules A and B 2. Completed Joint 4wner Written Approval Letter from the owner pf Unit B or a Title Report for Unit B which demonstrates the same ownership as Unit A. 3.
