Dear Dennis,
The Town af Vail Staf� has preliminarily reviewed the Design Review applieation for a proposed deck
addition at 2617 Arosa Drive. A�s submitted,this application is incamplete and can not be reviewed
further. Please submit the following additional informatinn to complete the application and to allaw for the
final review of the deck proposal:
1. Tit1e Report, schedules A and B
2. Completed Joint 4wner Written Approval Letter from the owner pf Unit B or a Title Report for Unit
B which demonstrates the same ownership as Unit A.
3. Existing and proposed GradinglLandscaping Pl�n.
4. Proposed �xterior Lighting Plan. Plus light fixture cut-sheets and luminance caiculations.
5. Completed "Proposed Materials" Form.
Additionally, tt�e sonatube deck fo�ndation elements must be either#ully buried or any exposed portions
must be painted to match the deck posts.
