To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed please find the l�udget brealsdown for the above -
referenced project provided by the oi,�►ner and his superin-
tendent. My review and subsequent conversations with -both
parties lead me to support these numbers.
The project consists of a small addition of 298 square feet
that is to be built on an existing metal deck/concrete slab
over an existing garage - therefore no foundation: is required,
_and is very simpie and straight forward in desiqn. Utilities
(electrical service:, plumbing, hot water heating) are adjacent
and immediately available to tY�e addition. Wood decking froa�
the existing deck is to be saved, reused and refinished for
the new smaller decic configuration_ Additionally, interior
finishes selected are all mid-grade, quality but not high-end
materials and products.
In my opinion, the folloWing re-allocation of the budget num-
bers for labor and materials are reasonable for the project.
