How have you been?
Thank you for your application. At this stage of submittal we need a signature from you, $250
application fee and photos of the exterior. If you would like to pay via credit card, please contact our
front desk at 970-479-2139.
I understand your urgency for approval however this application will not be seen by the DRB tomorrow
only planning staff at which time it will be assigned to a planner. Our team will see if they are able to
expedite your approval as allowed by town code. Hopefully it can be staff approved.
